Osova is a vast and diverse world shaped by multiple nations, species, cultures, climates, and competing political powers. At the center of Osova lies Vaelthor, the largest and most influential Wickerbeast nation and the heart of Wickerbeast civilization.
From the frozen northern territories of Aderhalt and the Crystal Isles to the warmer southern waters surrounding the Silver Isles, Osova contains an enormous range of environments.

Their largest concentration of Wickerbeasts specifically is found within Vaelthor, which is widely considered the homeland and cultural center of Wickerbeast civilization. However, Wickerbeasts are not limited to Vaelthor. Communities can be found throughout Ithroas, Dustmere, Sylfelen, Etekara, Aderhalt, the islands, and even the lawless territory of Morhal.
Vaelthor is the largest major nation on the map and the central power of Wickerbeast civilization. The country stretches across a huge portion of central Osova, encompassing forests, plains, valleys, coastlines, wilderness, and also some densely populated urban areas.
For most of their time, Wickerbeast communities have existed throughout the region, eventually developing into the modern Vaelthorian nation.

LANDSCAPE
Vaelthor contains an unusually diverse range of environments. The northern portions contain forests and rolling hills, while the center is dominated by enormous plains and river valleys. The southern portions become increasingly wild, eventually giving way to the Gravesmarsh and the coast.
Capital: Grandesburg
Grandesburg is primarily the administrative, commercial, and diplomatic center of Vaelthor. Its central position makes it one of the most important cities in Osova. Rather than being defined by one particular industry, Grandesburg functions as a crossroads. Merchants, diplomats, travelers, soldiers, scholars, and representatives of other nations regularly pass through the city.

ADERHALT
Aderhalt occupies the northern portion of Osova and is one of the continent's colder major nations. Its northern position gives it long winters, cold winds, and frequent snowfall. This region is rather mountainous with large snowy forests, and prone to avalanches. The country has a complicated relationship with Vaelthor due to supply trade agreements and over-hunting of wildlife in the region. Although the two nations maintain important trade connections, they do not always agree politically.
Aderhalt contains significant Wickerbeast and human populations, creating a culturally mixed society.

Greyhavel functions as a military, mining, and northern trade center.
Much of the mineral wealth extracted from Aderhalit's mountains eventually passes through Greyhavel.

ETEKARA
Etekara is the primary homeland of the Etekoi and one of the most culturally distinctive nations in Osova.
Etekara is an important economic power because of its coastal location and extensive trade networks. Its relationship with Vaelthor is complicated but generally peaceful. Etekara is particularly famous for its craftsmanship, artistic traditions, architecture, and coastal cities. It is one of the fishing strongholds of the mainland.
Etekara's eastern coastline is also exposed to powerful storms, resulting in cities designed specifically to withstand severe weather.

Etekara has an average annual temperature of approximately 45–76°F.
Elarisa
It is one of the most visually distinctive cities in Osova and is known for its elaborate architecture. Unlike the practical and enormous structures found throughout Grandesburg, many buildings in Elarisa place a greater emphasis on artistic design and decoration.
The city attracts Etekoi from throughout Etekara as well as foreign travelers and merchants due to their valuable craftsman.
